SLEEP & STRESS MANAGEMENT

“Ski, Talk & Explore” the Science of Sleep – what it is, why it is so important and what happens when we don’t get enough of it. In today’s climate, many of us experience sleep disturbances and it is therefore more important than ever to understand how poor sleep impacts our physical, mental and emotional health.

Using solid evidential science as the basis for our ski tour, Dr Charlotte Edelsten (Human Movement Scientist & Sleep Scientist), will dispel myths and share with you the latest science surrounding sleep, as well as giving you some takeaway tools for how to improve both the quality and quantity of your sleep.

Prior to the trip, you will be asked to monitor your sleep using both objective and subjective measures.

During the day, Charlotte will discuss your individual results and provide you with a personalised sleep report.
