How do we protect your personal data

SSL OR TLS ENCRYPTION

All your transmitted data is protected by SSL encryption. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol that was developed to enable secure data transmission via the Internet. SSL uses the public-private key procedure. With this method, data encoded with a publicly accessible key can only be deciphered again with a very specific private key. This means that if the SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

RIGHT TO REQUEST INFORMATION

You can request confirmation at any time as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed by us. Your request will be handled free of charge, as long as it is not unreasonable in nature. In order to be able to give you this information, it is necessary for us to verify your request. Therefore, as soon as you submit your application, a randomly generated verification code will be sent to your email address on file with us, which you must confirm.

RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION

If the personal data we have stored is incorrect or incomplete, you can request correction at any time. We will make any correction as soon as we possibly can.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

REVOCATION OF YOUR CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent already given at any time. All you need to do is send an e-mail to contact@wemomentum.com. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

RIGHT OF APPEAL TO THE COMPETENT SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

In the event of violations of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues in France is the CNIL https://www.cnil.fr/en.
