Isabelle Santoire
Founder of We Momentum & IFMGA Mountain Guide
Originally from Québec, Isabelle is one of the few women to have made the mountains her home as a professional mountain guide and member of the IFMGA. Based in Chamonix for the last 25 years, she has guided in the most beautiful environments on earth and inspired people to unlock their imagination and discover ‘what’s possible’.
Isabelle has created WE MOMENTUM as a mission to empower people to live more fulfilling and healthy lives. Her vision is to help individuals & organisations develop and cultivate a sustainable well-being culture.

Caroline Wheaton
Artist & Sculptor
However, now able to work full time on her artistic practice, Caroline is keen to show others how a little bit of creativity goes a long way in relieving the stresses and strains of everyday life. As a rule of thumb, her painting explores life in the mountains and her sculpture, the human form.

Dr. Charlotte Edelsten
Human Movement Scientist & Sleep Specialist
With a wealth of scientific knowledge and clinical experience, Charlotte can cut through the significant amount of mis-information we see in the media every day surrounding sleep.
As well as running sleep clinics, where she advises, assesses, and diagnoses individuals with a wide range of sleep problems and disorders, she also works in an educational capacity in the corporate, sports and public domains, delivering lectures, workshops and seminars that serve to raise awareness about the importance of sleep.
She is particularly interested in the cognitive and health related impairment that results from disturbed sleep – and the effect this has on performance
Based in Chamonix, she is one of several researchers responsible for running an annual study during the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.

Louise Ansell
Life Coach & Well-being Specialist
Louise is a performance, mental health and wellbeing specialist providing training and coaching solutions for individuals and organisations. This includes the MHFA Mental Health First Aid Courses, tailored Workplace Wellbeing Workshops and working with leaders to cultivate effective cultural change within their organisations. She writes most of the Sky Bounders courses and articles and works with a range of clients on a personal coaching, training and consultancy basis.

Tania is passionate about helping people reconnect with nature by actively sharing movement experiences with them that enable them to feel what it is like to thrive, and feel really alive.

Rebecca Dent
High Performance Dietitian
Rebecca Dent is a High Performance Dietitian with over 20 years’ experience working in clinical practice and within sport, ranging from recreational participants to elite world champions and Olympic athletes.
Rebecca prides herself in remaining up to date with the latest nutrition science and can debunk any myth/confusion surrounding nutrition.

Kaz is a Performance Psychologist. With a PhD in ethnography and MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, she has studied our power to perform to the very best of our ability, when in stressful situations or when faced with adversity.

As a mindfulness meditation practitioner for many years, Geneviève has more recently becomeSearch Inside Yourself(SIY) Certified Teacher, and is currently completing her teacher certification for the programs MB-LC (Mindfulness Association.Be) and the science-based mindful eating programs MB-EAT (Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training) and ME-CL (Mindfulness Based Conscious Living).
Geneviève is a founding member of Mindfulness Association Switzerland.
